RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.

Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

F.R.Monkhouse Limited recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of registered delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. F.R.Monkhouse Limited will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by F.R.Monkhouse Limited i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred, we will only refund postage up to the value of first or second class post. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, F.R.Monkhouse Limited will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of Schoolwear and Sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of F.R.Monkhouse Limited.
