Having an appointment isn’t compulsory but we strongly recommend that new starters book a 1:1 appointment for the best experience. You’ll benefit from expert advice from our friendly staff and leave the store with everything you need for September.

It's easy, simply fill out the form below. Our store appointments not only make shopping for uniforms a breeze but mark the start of your child’s new school journey.
Booking an appointment with us means we can kit your child out with their new uniform and sportswear in one simple shop.
It's encouraged that you to book 1:1 appointment in advance at your local store. We will be able to accept walk-ins but please be aware that without an advance booking, there may be a wait to see one of our team.
How to book
- Select which school your child will be attending.
- Select from our list of stores that supply your school.
- Choose a day and time that suits you, and follow the booking steps.
- Provide your details, this helps us make sure your appointment is quick and easy.
- You will get an email confirmation, please save the email if you need to cancel/change your appointment.
I can’t find an appointment.
We release appointments on a weekly basis so if you can’t see a slot that works for you, check back later for new dates added.
Due to feedback from customers last year, we recognise that not everyone needs an appointment so we have reduced the number of assigned staff on appointments. If you just need to top up on uniform, visit us at a time that’s best for you. You’ll still be able to pick up everything you need, we just can’t guarantee that staff will be on hand for a 1:1 experience without a prior booking.

It’s extremely important to us that you get the best experience with us so avoiding peak times means our staff can take the time to look after you and help you find everything you need.
