How to return an online order for a full refund?

  • Fill out your returns form

    Complete the returns form included in your parcel. Make sure to fill in all necessary information accurately. This form includes a link to the Royal Mail website where you can create your free returns label, this can be printed at home or at the Post Office.


  • Repack your items

    Repack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Place the completed returns form inside the parcel.


  • Drop off at your local Post Office

    Drop off your parcel at your local Post Office. Once we receive your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email. You should then receive your refund within 14 days (depending on the time of year). Please note for all returns, obtain a receipt of posting as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Do you offer an exchange service?

We do not offer an exchange service for orders placed on our website. All returned items will be refunded via the original payment method and you will need to place a new order.

If the items do not fit, can I return them?

Yes, you can return any order for a full refund. Our returns period is 28 days from the date you receive your order. Items which are not in their original packaging or have any tags removed will not be eligible for a refund. Please include your returns form in your parcel. Please visit our store during the opening hours and they will issue your refund or exchange.

Can I return an order I placed online to my local Monkhouse store?

Yes. Most online orders can be returned either by post or to a Monkhouse high street store. Please note: campus stores (located within school grounds) cannot accept online returns, and footwear products can only be returned by post. Please refer to your returns form within your order where you’ll find a Royal Mail link. Follow the link to create a free returns label, which can be printed at home or at the Post Office.

Can my child’s school return the items for me?

No, it’s the parents/guardian's responsibility to return the items.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Please allow 2 working days for the parcel to reach us and a further 14 working days (depending on the time of year) to process your return and refund.

What should I send the items back in?

Please use the same packaging you received the items in. If this isn’t possible, please ensure the items are packaged in a secure bag and the pre-paid sticker covers your address label to avoid the parcel being returned back to you.
