Booking an appointment

Having an in-store appointment isn’t compulsory, but we strongly recommend that new year 7 starters book an appointment for the best experience. You’ll benefit from expert advice from our friendly staff and leave the store with everything you need for September.

How to book
  1. Go to your school page: Either search for your school via the navigation or if you're logged in click 'Your School Store'.
  2. You'll see a 'book appointment' button in the header. Click this button.
  3. Follow the steps to select your store/sell event and the service you require. You will then be shown the upcoming available dates and times to book, so select a time that suits you.
  4. Once booked you'll get a confirmation email, save this as if you need to amend your booking.

Appointments are available to book four weeks in advance, so if you can't find a slot that works for you, please check back later. 
 
No need to worry if you can't find a time slot to suit you, our friendly staff are available to offer expert help at any time to attend to walk-in customers.

It’s extremely important to us that you get the best experience with us, so avoiding peak times means our staff can take the time to look after you and help you find everything you need.
