How to book an appointment
1. Follow the steps to:
- Select your appointment type (store or sell event).
- Search for your school to find your designated store.
- Click Continue to view available dates and times.
3. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep this email safe in case you need to amend your booking.
Appointment availability
Appointments can be booked up to four weeks in advance. If no suitable slots are available, please check
back later.
If you can't find a time that works for you, don't worry-our friendly staff are always on hand to assist
walk-in customers.
When's best to visit?
For the best in-store experience, we recommend visiting during quieter hours. Our stores are busiest on
Fridays and weekends, as the school uniform rush is in full swing.
Visiting during off-peak times allows our staff to provide you with dedicated assistance, ensuring you
find everything you need with ease.
What is a School Sell Event?
A School Sell Event is a convenient opportunity to purchase your child’s school uniform directly at the school. Our experienced sales team will be on-site to offer expert guidance with sizing and help you choose everything your child needs for the new school year. It’s a great way to get prepared and ensure the perfect fit—all in one visit!
Why isn’t my school showing in the Sell Event search box?
Not all schools host Sell Events. These events are arranged by request from individual schools, so if your school has not arranged one, it will not appear in the search box. If your school is holding a Sell Event, they will have shared the details with you directly.

In-store appointments will be available from 1st June, with online booking opening in early May.
Appointments aren't compulsory, but they’re especially helpful for new Year 7 students or those needing a full uniform fitting.
Booking an appointment
Having an in-store appointment isn’t compulsory, but we strongly recommend that new year 7 starters book an appointment for the best experience. You’ll benefit from expert advice from our friendly staff and leave the store with everything you need for September.
Note: Some of our schools are online only and therefore appointments aren’t available.

How to book
- Go to your school page: Either search for your school via the navigation or if you're logged in click 'Your School Store'.
- You'll see a 'book appointment' button in the header. Click this button.
- Follow the steps to select your store/sell event and the service you require. You will then be shown the upcoming available dates and times to book, so select a time that suits you.
- Once booked you'll get a confirmation email, save this as if you need to amend your booking.
